Medical English FMM Symposium

Topic: "COVID-19"

On March 30, 2022
at the Faculty of Medicine of Monastir.

Dear colleagues and friends

The ongoing global Covid-19 pandemic was a milestone in the medical field affecting healthcare workers, patients and quarantined individuals, impacting mental health and increasing anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorders. The pandemic impacted also economic, educational, cultural and political fields as it damped the global economy, restricted travelling and shopping, rescheduled elections, cancelled or postponed cultural events and exhibitions as well as closed educational institutions. It triggered massive changes in behaviour and lifestyles and opened the way to misinformation and conspiracy theories. Nevertheless, Covid-19 pandemic positively affected the environment and climate as human activities were reduced during lockdowns. It strengthened digital learning and opened new horizons for computer engineering and digital platforms.

To discuss all these issues in a friendly and open atmosphere but above all in a face to face meeting, we are pleased to invite you to the Medical English FMM Symposium which will be held at the faculty of medicine of Monastir.

Block March 30th, 2022 in your calendar !

Our priority will be to respect the safety of all our participants

My warmest regards
